The dashboard
The first screen after signing in: a greeting, and one card per module you can open, each showing its most recent records.
What is on it
Module cards, three across on a desktop and stacked on a phone. Each card is a link to its module and shows up to three recent items:
| Card | Shows | Empty state |
|---|---|---|
| Receipts | The three newest receipts: number, customer and date, with the total. | No Receipts Yet |
| Customers | Three customers in alphabetical order, with email or phone. | No Customers Yet |
| Products | Three products in alphabetical order, with unit and price; a product priced on the receipt shows "Custom Price" and no figure, unless it works units out from the amount, when its price per unit shows. | No Products Yet |
| Inventory | The three most recently adjusted stock records: product, place and quantity. | Nothing Tracked Yet |
If no module is visible to you at all, a single card reads "No modules are licensed for your organisation yet. Contact your administrator." That message also appears for a person with no roles.
What is not on it
The dashboard has no totals, charts, alerts or quick actions in this release, and no Reporting card. For today's takings run the Daily Sales Summary; for stock alerts run Out of Stock. To issue a receipt open Receipts and press New Receipt.
When the device is offline
Each card that needs the server shows Offline with a cloud icon instead of its recent records, and fills in by itself when the connection returns. The Receipts card still lists receipts issued on this device. The same Offline line appears on every list and record screen that cannot load.
