Receipts

Needs the Receipts module and Receipts.View.

Receipts Register

Every receipt issued in the period — number, date, customer, location, totals. Takes a period. One row per receipt, oldest first. Deleted receipts are left out, so a gap in the numbers is a deletion.

ColumnMeaning
ReceiptThe receipt number. In the preview an arrow beside it opens the receipt, in a new tab on the web.
Offline RefThe offline reference (KQXM-TVZB) of a receipt issued offline; blank for one issued online, so a filled cell is the sign it was issued offline.
IssuedDate and time issued.
CustomerThe name on the receipt; blank when none was entered (a dash in the preview).
IssuerWho issued the receipt, read from their user record; "Deleted user" once the account has been erased.
LocationThe location on the receipt; blank when none was selected (a dash in the preview).
LinesNumber of items.
Subtotal, TotalIn the organisation currency. Equal in this release.
PrintsHow many copies have been printed.

Filters. Every column can be narrowed, under the period: Receipt, Offline Ref, Customer and Location by text they contain (so Offline Ref with any letter keeps only receipts issued offline); Issuer by choosing a member, erased accounts included; Lines, Subtotal, Total and Prints by a Min/Max range. Under Offline Ref, Customer and Location, Blank Only keeps the rows with nothing there: receipts issued online, with no customer, or with no location. See Filtering.
